Rule and Regulation

 A Note to the Students:-
1. Students should attend school in the prescribed uniform on all working days. The uniform should be clean, well pressed and complete. Students who do not come in full uniform ( includes Id card, Shoes & socks , Ribbon & Proper Hair cut ) will be suitably punished.
2. Low waist/ pencil cut pants , tight fitting shirts/top will not be allowed strictly. Students coming to school wearing such uniforms will be sent back home.
3. Students are expected to be in the school campus before the stroke of the first bell. Late comers will be severely punished.
4. Students are not allowed to wear gold ornaments or use expensive watches, pocket calculators etc. The school shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to such items brought to the school against this rule.
5. Students are responsible for the safety of their belongings.  School is not responsible for the goods or money lost. Money should not be lent or borrowed or articles exchanged.
6. Students should not bring cell phones or any other electronic gadgets to the school. If found it will be confiscated and will not be returned.
7. Students are forbidden to  bring crackers, explosives and other dangerous materials to the school.
8. Every student should regularly carry with him or her the school Diary.
9. Students are not allowed to come in two wheelers (except bicycle) to the school. If it is  brought the keys  will be confiscated  by the School authorities and will be returned only to the parents after the payment of fine.
10. Cycles must be locked and parked properly in the place provided for.
11. Honesty is expected from every student. If a student finds something that does not belong to him/her, he/she should hand it over to the school office. Students who have lost anything may enquire about it in the School office.
12. Students who use unfair means during the test will be given zero in the subject and a warning letter will be issued to the parent.
13. Students should not indulge in any act of violence which will harm others physically or mentally. The Character Certificate which is issued to a student while leaving the school will depend entirely on his/her conduct during his/her school career.
14. Students should take proper care of School property. They should not write or scratch on desk, chairs, walls or doors of the school or damage property belonging to others. Any damage done must be made good by the offender or the amount will be collected as fine .
15. Students are expected to be regular to school. Attendance is compulsory on the reopening day of every term.
A Note for the Parents.

Bringing in discipline into the school lies in the hands of all those directly or indirectly connected to the school including parents. This code of conduct is a reminder to all the parents about the expected behaviour, so that we can work together to ensure a safe and positive school environment for our children.

1. Please ensure that your wards are sent to school in proper uniform. ( including Id card ,Shoes & socks , Ribbon & proper hair cut )
2. Please ensure that children are sent to School daily before 8.50 a.m. All the three gates of the school will be closed by 8.50 a.m. Those who come after 8.50 a.m. will be sent back home.
3. Parents are requested to ensure that the children do the homework daily and by themselves
4. Parents are requested to attend the Open Day Meet without fail to know about their ward’s performance.

5. Fees should be paid as per the schedule given earlier in the diary. Fine will be collected for delayed payment. Parents must ensure that the fee paid chalan is pasted in the school Diary in the space provided to avoid any dispute later.
6. Parents are informed not to pay any money to anyone in the school without proper intimation through circular. In case of any such payments the school management will not be held responsible.
7. Parents are not allowed to enter the class room for picking up or dropping their wards.
8. Parents will be permitted to meet the class teachers only on days as per the schedule given below, to discuss about their ward’s performance
                      III Std. to V Std.       -    Tuesdays :    4.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.
                      VI std to XII std        -    Thursdays :  4.00 p.m.   to 4.30 p.m.
9. Parents can meet the Principal on all working days .
      Timings: 9.30 to 10.30 a.m. in the morning session &  3.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. in the afternoon session.
10. Parents are requested to follow the parking rules and entry rules while dropping / picking up children in vehicles.
11. Parents are requested to follow a decent dress code while entering the school campus. Kindly avoid lungis and Nighties while coming to school even for picking up your wards.
12.  Parents who want to get Transfer Certificate , should apply on or before 30th March . Those who apply after 30th March have to pay the 1st term fees to obtain T.C
13. Parents should set a good example to their children in their own speech and behaviour towards ALL the members of the school community.
14. Parents are expected to approach the Principal to resolve any issues of concern. Using loud and offensive language or displaying temper in public cannot be tolerated.
